How time is charged

  • Per second

    Time only runs while the translator is working. Pause and live voice are free.

  • Balance in plain sight

    Your balance is always visible in the app, and you'll get a warning in advance when time is running low.

  • Subscription hours first

    Your plan's hours are used first, then hours from packs.

Extra hours

Ran out of plan hours? Buy a pack. Packs never expire and carry over to the following months. Packs can be bought with an active subscription.

Subscription rules

  • The period starts on the payment date: pay on the 21st and your subscription runs until the 21st of the next month.
  • Subscription hours expire at the end of the period. Pack hours don't.
  • You can change your plan at any time: upgrades take effect immediately, you pay the difference; downgrades take effect from the next period.
  • Yearly billing — 12 months for the price of 10. One payment a year, hours are credited every month.
  • If your subscription isn't renewed, your packs are frozen for 30 days. Renew within that time and everything comes back. If not, your packs, voice clone and voice profile are deleted.

Billing questions

What exactly am I paying for?

For the time the translator is working. Pause and live voice mode aren't charged.

What happens if time runs out in the middle of a call?

The app warns you in advance when your balance is running low. You can top it up with an extra hour pack.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay the difference; downgrades take effect from the next period.

Do unused hours expire?

Plan hours expire at the end of the period. Hours from extra packs don't expire and carry over to the following months.

Does the other person need to pay?

No. The other person doesn't need to install the app or sign up.
